“I Finally Found New Hope.”
What we hear, again and again, from our patients

New Hope Ketamine Clinic is led by Dr. Muhammad Khawari, a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience. His background shapes every part of the treatment process, from patient evaluation and individualized dosing to continuous monitoring throughout each infusion.
Every patient receives a thorough intake evaluation before treatment begins. We review medical history, current medications, previous treatments and individual risk factors. Ketamine infusion therapy is not right for everyone, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our goal is not to oversell a solution. It is to determine whether treatment can be offered safely and responsibly as part of a broader care plan.
We also encourage patients to remain connected to their existing care team. Ketamine treatment works best when it complements ongoing care. When appropriate and authorized by the patient, our office coordinates with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and primary care physicians for continuity of care.
Why ketamine and why now
Research has expanded our understanding of how low-dose ketamine infusions may help some people living with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD and certain chronic pain conditions. Some patients report improvement more quickly than they experienced with conventional medications, although individual responses vary and treatment is not appropriate for everyone.
Who we serve
Our patients come to us from all over. Many have been referred by their therapist or primary care physician after conventional treatments failed to deliver lasting results. Some find us on their own, after months of research.
Every week, I meet people who have been struggling for years. They have tried medications, therapy and lifestyle changes. They have done what was asked of them, but they are still suffering.
I opened New Hope Ketamine Clinic because I believe the patients that come into my office deserve another thoughtfully evaluated treatment option.. Not another promise, and not a replacement for the care they already receive, but an evidence-informed treatment path delivered with medical rigor and compassion.
A practice built on something personal
During the COVID-19 pandemic, someone close to me experienced severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Seeing the difference ketamine treatment made led me to study its mental-health applications more closely and speak with behavioral-health professionals about the gaps patients were facing.
My anesthesiology experience gave me the clinical foundation to administer ketamine safely. New Hope grew from the belief that patients who feel they have run out of options still deserve careful evaluation, honest information and a reason to keep looking forward.
That is what the name New Hope represents. It is not a guarantee or a slogan. It is the possibility that, with the right treatment and the right medical guidance, a person may still find a path forward.
