Regrettably, insurance providers do not offer coverage for Ketamine infusions since this cutting-edge treatment is considered
“off-label” use of the medication. If you opt to undergo this treatment, you will be responsible for covering the costs of your treatment visits out of pocket.

Initial consultation Fee is $250 (currently waived for limited time)

• Initiation Infusions: The package price for the initial infusion treatment is $3,300,

  (which includes a total of six 40-minute infusions administered twice a week over a span of three weeks)

• Booster Infusions: Following the completion of the initial infusions, booster infusions are available at a price of $550 per infusion.

  For ongoing maintenance therapy, we recommend a one-time 40-minute infusion treatment approximately every 2 to 8 weeks or longer, depending on the patient’s severity of symptoms and response to the initial infusions.

• For chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and CRPS/RSD, the infusions are longer in duration with higher doses of ketamine.
